How to Make Hotel Lobby AI with CapCut

Create an orange-booth edit using your own clips, evaluate CapCut templates and add licensed audio without assuming AI generation is free.

CapCut is useful for assembling the orange-booth scene, timing your edit and adding sound. A template is an editing starting point; it does not automatically generate a two-person AI performance.

What you need

Two permitted reference photos, clear descriptions of both subjects, an orange-studio concept, and your own clips or a generated visual to edit. Check which features and assets are free in your region and version.

Prepare the two reference images

Use one well-lit subject per photo with similar framing. Avoid group shots and covered faces. Use distinct clothing so the model or editor has clear visual separation. If the workflow accepts one image, create a single balanced composition with both subjects first.

LEFT / RIGHT setup

Place the first subject on the left and the second on the right. Keep a gap for the microphone. Do not overlap faces, and keep each subject at a similar scale. Use these same assignments in the prompt and throughout your edit.

Recommended prompt structure

Specify an original orange studio, two distinct subjects, a central microphone, gentle simultaneous performance movements and a static vertical shot. Include identity and position constraints. Use this prompt in your external video model if you need an AI clip before editing. A text prompt alone is not a CapCut editing command.

Editing and template workflow

  1. Create a vertical project and add your own or permitted footage.
  2. Build the orange background and two-subject composition, or import an accepted AI clip.
  3. If using a template, preview its photo slots and motion before committing. Check for premium assets and any export requirements. We do not link to an unverified “official” trend template.
  4. Trim the clip, align the visual beat and add licensed or platform-provided sound.
  5. Preview the complete export for crop, watermarks and audio permissions.

Common problems

If a template crops out a person, adjust the framing or choose a layout with two visible slots. If an asset is locked behind a paid tier, replace it with your own permitted asset. Face drift in an imported AI clip must be fixed at generation or removed by trimming.
